Officers of the detention center, where a citizen of Uzbekistan died, were arrested
Upon the death of Abdurazzak Kadyrov in the temporary detention center in Ferghana region, the Head of the isolator and the prison guard were arrested.
Recall that on September 11, the deceased Kadyrov was convicted of disorderly conduct and received 10 days of arrest. Eight days later, he was brought home with numerous injuries and soon died. Journalists of the Uzbek service of the radio “Svoboda” [“Liberty”] inform that, according to the investigation that began, the guards beat Kadyrov to death, trying to gain recognition in the theft of cattle.
The officers, who brought the dying man, clumsily tried to make the sudden deterioration in his health condition the cause of early release of Abdurazzak Kadyrov. They didn’t know that, in accordance with a government decree, medical organizations were forbidden to refuse the provision of emergency medical aid to persons in a condition that threatens life or health.
The medical examination showed that there were a lot of marks of blows and hematomas on his body. The most serious injuries were head trauma, damage to the cervical vertebrae and fracture of ribs.
