Kyrgyzstan: Director of the Center of judicial representatives was detained

The former director of the Center of judicial representatives of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic was detained on suspicion of abuse of power. This was reported by the Financial Police of the republic.

The investigation found that as a result of illegal actions of officials of the Center of judicial representatives and the Ministry of Finance, the state budget was damaged on an especially large scale in the amount of more than $ 12 million (about 1 billion KGS).

Currently, the case is being investigated. The investigative measures are being taken to establish the circle of high-ranking officials who are involved in this affair.
