Three police operatives and one investigator were detained in Bishkek by employees of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes.

The detention was carried out by fighters of the Special Rapid Response Unit. The State Service for Combating Economic Crimes received a statement about extortion concerning three operatives and an investigator of the Department of Internal Affairs of Oktyabrsky district of Bishkek. On the night of September 23-24, police officers were detained red-handed at the moment of receiving a bribe of $1000. Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
