In Kyrgyzstan, law-enforcement authorities of Osh city lost 64 dossiers

Based on the results of the audit by the regional unit of legal statistics and data of 8 months of 2019, it was established that the internal affairs bodies of Osh did not register and lost 64 written-off materials. The Prosecutor General of Kyrgyzstan informs about this.

“In the lost materials, there were facts of violations for which subsequently measures were to be taken in accordance with the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic “On violations”,” the Prosecutor General’s office said.

Note that the location of the written off materials was not established.

“The authorities of the investigation and inquiry of the Department of Internal Affairs of Osh city sent 264 materials to Road safety support from those written off to the nomenclature case for taking appropriate measures on violations,” the Prosecutor General said. “However, according to 60 materials against the perpetrators, protocols on violations were not made. As a result, state interests protected by law are grossly violated.

In this connection, the Prosecutor’s office of Osh city indicated these facts in the Unified Register of crimes and misconduct, on the grounds of crimes stipulated by part 1 of article 331 “Negligence” and part 1 of article 320 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic “On abuse of official authority”.

The organization of pre-trial proceedings was entrusted to the State Service for Economic Crimes Control in the city of Osh and Osh region.
