In Kyrgyzstan, 6 prosecutors were dismissed in 2019

In 2019, for the misconduct, that discredited the honor and the title of a prosecutor, and the damage to the reputation of the supervisory authority, 6 employees were dismissed.

For violation of labor and executive discipline, 245 prosecutor-investigative workers of the Kyrgyz Republic were brought to justice.

Last year, the Department of Internal Security and Internal Investigations of the General Prosecutor’s office in the regional divisions of the Prosecutor’s office conducted 34 sudden inspections to identify violations by employees of the supervisory authority.

“In 2019, 12 materials on professional ethics violations were reviewed. Oral remarks were applied to four prosecutors, 3 employees were warned of unacceptable behavior, 1 officer apologized publicly,” the Commission on violations of professional ethics under the General Prosecutor’s office reports.
