Kyrgyzstan: ex-head of the state institution “Cadastre” of Osh region detained

On suspicion of illegal sale for individual construction of farmland, the former head of the state institution “Cadastre” was detained, reported the press service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On October 5, the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan, in the framework of pre-trial proceedings, on the fact of the illegal sale of agricultural land in the Nariman rural district of the Kara-Suu district for individual housing construction, detained the former head of the state institution “Cadastre” of the Kara-Suu district.

According to the investigation, he is directly involved in this crime. The detainee was given a notice of committing a crime under Article 319 “Corruption” of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Currently, the man is placed in the temporary detention facility of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan.

Let us add, as ACCA previously wrote, the head of the Nariman aiyl district, his accomplice, as well as the former acting head of the state institution “Cadastre” of the Kara-Suu district, were detained on the indicated fact.

“On September 30 they were given a notification of the crime. All of them have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic. At present, all the necessary investigative and operational measures are being carried out to expose other persons involved, ”the State Committee said.
