The Financial Police of the Kyrgyz Republic has begun pre-trial proceedings on the fact of illegal enrichment against the former Vice Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Taiyrbek Sarpashev. This was reported by the press service of the department.
He is suspected of having become owner of numerous movable and immovable property while holding senior management positions in the civil service. According to the investigation, later the former Deputy Prime Minister registered the property on behalf of his close relatives, without specifying it in the declarations.
Sarpashev will be summoned for interrogation in this pre-trial proceedings.
