Kyrgyzstan: The President ordered to establish control over media

In Kyrgyzstan, the control is introducing over the mass media, which can be used to aggravate the current situation in Bishkek. This is stated in the Presidential Decree signed on October 9.

 “During the introduction of the state of emergency, the media should disseminate information provided by the Commandant in order to prevent the pumping of the current situation,” the Decree notes.

In addition, special rules are introduced for the use of communications and restrictions on the movement of transport, and its inspection.

The Decree will last until October 21 of this year.
