Kyrgyzstan: 310 officials were prosecuted for not submitting the declaration

In Naryn region, 310 officials were held accountable for not submitting the tax declaration on income. This was reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Kyrgyzstan.

During the prosecutor’s check, it was established that 310 state and municipal employees of Naryn region didn’t submit declarations on property and income of relatives within the period established by law.

“Based on the results of the audit, the prosecution authorities of Naryn region initiated 310 administrative proceedings under Article 438 of the Code “On offenses” and the materials were sent to the judicial authorities,” the Prosecutor General’s Office explains.

It’s also worth adding that following the results, 310 officials were brought to administrative responsibility by imposing a fine in the total amount of $11,700 (930,000 KGS).
